1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of elkanio.com, operated by Elkanio Research Labs LLP, First Floor, Thrive Space, Seaport-Airport Road, Opp. Kakkanad Water Metro, Kakkanad, Cochin 682037, Kerala, India. By using the website you accept them.

The Elkanio platform products (Nucleus, Nova, Orbit, Cluster, Synapse, NDC, Nexus, Compass, Vector, Cortex, Quantum and Pulse), sandbox access and any demo environment are provided under a separate written agreement, typically a master service agreement with an order form, a service level agreement and a data processing agreement. Where those documents apply, they take precedence over these terms.

2. Using the website

You may browse the site and use its forms to contact us for legitimate business purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-download content, probe or test the site's security without our written permission, submit false information through our forms, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors.

3. Information on the site

Product descriptions, capabilities, figures and roadmaps on this site are provided for information and may change without notice. They are not an offer; the features and service levels you receive are those set out in your agreement with us. Illustrative code, request and response shapes on the site are examples, not the authoritative API definition, which is provided with sandbox access.

Customer names appear on this site with the permission of the companies concerned. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of any specific feature.

4. Demos and sandbox access

Demo and sandbox environments are provided for evaluation only, are not for production bookings, may be reset or withdrawn at any time, and are subject to the acceptable-use terms we provide when access is granted. Any offer described on an event page is available only to the people and for the period stated there.

5. Intellectual property

The Elkanio name and logo, the product names, and the content, design and code of this site belong to Elkanio Research Labs LLP or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Google Maps and WhatsApp, and uses Google Fonts and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Elkanio Research Labs LLP excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, and for interruptions or errors in its availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the obligations we accept towards customers in their agreements, including the uptime commitment of 99.99% for the platform gateway and portals set out in the service level agreement.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes about the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala. Agreements with customers may specify a different law and forum, in which case that agreement applies.
